The problem
Best job you have done all year, and online, silence.
The next customer choosing between you and the firm down the road never sees it.
What Theo is for
Theo is for firms doing good work that nobody sees online. He asks your customers for a review in your name once the job is done, while it is fresh, and sends no reminder to anyone who says they are unhappy.
He texts after the job is done, with your Google review link. If you would rather a customer was not asked, tell Aria in your Office and he will not ask them.
Available to add. £300.
