Best job you have done all year, and online, silence.
The next customer choosing between you and the firm down the road never sees it.
Then one bad review starts doing the talking for you.
I ask your customers what they thought, while they can still remember the job.
Most reviews are not lost because the work was poor. They are lost because everybody meant to ask and nobody did.
I ask once, plainly, and I do not nag.
If somebody is unhappy, that comes to you first and privately, so you get the chance to put it right before it becomes a public problem.
I do not write the reviews and I do not pick who gets asked. Everybody gets asked, and whatever they say is what they say. Anything else would show, and it would cost you more than it made you.
You are not renting software. You are putting somebody on the job who does one thing properly and does it every time.
