These terms govern your use of the Qualforge website and the services provided by Qualforge Ltd ("Qualforge", "we", "us"). By using our site, requesting an audit, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Qualforge helps businesses put repeatable work onto AI-driven systems — including our Quick-Win, Managed AI, and bespoke ("Business in a Box") engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your engagement are set out separately when you sign up; those details, together with these terms, form our agreement.
Our free audit and any introductory call are provided to help you understand your options. They carry no obligation to buy and create no commitment on either side until a paid engagement is agreed.
We work to a clearly defined standard for each engagement. Where a deliverable is part of your engagement (for example, getting a system live), we keep working at no extra cost until that deliverable is complete, as described in your engagement terms. We do not, however, guarantee any specific commercial outcome, ranking, lead volume, or revenue figure — results depend on factors outside our control, and any examples or projections we share are illustrative only.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the systems, methods, and underlying tooling we use remain ours. Deliverables created specifically for you, and which you have paid for, are yours to use for your business once paid in full.
Cancellation terms for recurring services are set out in your engagement. You can cancel future renewals in line with those terms by emailing team@qualforge.co.uk.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
