The problem

A customer rings to move a visit while you are up a ladder.

Another forgets you are coming, and a slot that came free sits empty.

What Nora is for

Nora is for firms whose diary runs them. When a visit is booked, she texts the customer to confirm it, unless they booked it by text and were told there, and again the day before as a reminder. A customer who replies CHANGE gets free times from your real diary and can move or cancel the visit by text.

When a slot comes free, she offers it to customers waiting for an earlier time, and to customers whose quote Marcus is following up. The first to reply gets it. If your diary marks a no-show, she texts once to offer another time.

She texts in your business’s name, starts a text only between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday, and stops for anyone who replies STOP. Every text is in your Office. Without Nora, Core still texts you a short notice when a job is booked, if you want it.
