Every missed call is a job you never get back.
You cannot answer the phone with both hands full, up a ladder, or under a floor.
And a missed call does not wait for you. It rings the next name on the list.
I answer your phone. That is the job, and I do it the same way at nine in the morning and nine at night.
I take the name, the number, the postcode and what the job actually is. I answer the questions people always ask, and if it is one I should not guess at, I say so and get you to ring them back.
If it is worth booking, I book it. If it is not, you still get the message.
I do not put anybody on hold and I do not send anybody to voicemail. Voicemail is where enquiries go to die.
I am the only one of us you can test right now. Ring the number and decide for yourself. That is a fairer answer than anything I could write here.
You are not renting software. You are putting somebody on the job who does one thing properly and does it every time.
